We have many years experience of processing accounts through both Scottish and English legal systems in order to enhance our collections performance. Consequently, we offer the full range of English and Scottish litigation, recovery and enforcement services as part of our overall collections process.
Our package of legal services can be tailored to meet the needs of each client. We also offer choice and flexibility on how the commercial arrangements are structured. For example, we will offer each client the choice of bearing the costs of legal expenses themselves or to pass these costs on to Debt Managers.
Our commission rate will be adjusted accordingly. Different clients could find either option attractive depending on their own commercial circumstances and debt type.
